Is there a free trial?
Yes — new accounts start with a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for a card to start. Use the trial to set up your menu and test the ordering workflow before you pay anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Paid subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the billing portal. The portal shows the available cancellation option and when it takes effect before you confirm. OrderScribe handles menu, order, and customer information under its Terms and Privacy Policy.
What is an AI point?
1 AI point = one AI request. Growth includes 100 AI points a month and Scale includes 300. Points reset each month. If you need a larger monthly allowance, you can upgrade your plan.
What can the AI assistant do?
It's your restaurant's back-office helper: ask it to prepare supported changes to menu content, prices, availability, hours, business information, and Arabic-English translations. You review supported changes before they are applied and can undo completed actions. It's included on the Growth and Scale plans, and every request costs one AI point.
