OrderScribe is an Arabic–English QR menu and direct web-ordering platform, built in Lebanon for independent restaurants.
The problem we kept hearing
Printed menus become outdated, PDF menus are awkward on a phone, and marketplace pages place a restaurant beside its competitors. Owners wanted an easier digital experience without giving up a direct route back to their own business.
The useful product was not another oversized restaurant suite. It was a menu that works in the browser, stays easy to update, and can carry a direct order from the guest to the restaurant.
Our answer
OrderScribe gives each branch a shareable menu link and printable QR. Guests browse in Arabic or English, choose item options, and place a cash delivery or pickup order without creating an account or installing an app.
The restaurant manages items, prices, availability, orders, and supported reporting from its dashboard. OrderScribe charges a flat subscription and takes 0% commission on direct web and QR orders.
Built in Lebanon
Arabic and English, complete right-to-left guest screens, USD and LBP price display, and branch-level delivery rules were day-one requirements—not localization added after the product was built.
The live customer experience is web-based today. The customer and driver mobile apps are not part of the current offer, and we would rather say that clearly than sell a roadmap as a finished product.
What we believe
Restaurant software should be clear about what works, how it is priced, and what happens after signup. A restaurant should be able to present its own brand, access the customer and order history connected to its direct orders, and improve the menu without reprinting every QR.
