Orders land instantly on the restaurant's WhatsApp and dashboard, delivery orders can be tracked live, and the restaurant keeps 100% of every order: OrderScribe charges a flat subscription instead of the commission of up to 30% that delivery apps take. The restaurant also keeps its customer relationships — names, numbers, and order history stay with the owner, not with an app. Plans start at $15/month with a 14-day free trial, and an AI assistant on higher plans helps with menus, insights, and campaigns.
Does OrderScribe take a commission on orders?
No. OrderScribe charges 0% commission. You pay a flat subscription and keep 100% of every order — unlike delivery apps that take up to 30%.
How much does OrderScribe cost?
Starter is $15/month (or $144/year) for the QR menu and online ordering on one branch. Growth is $39/month (or $375/year) and adds the AI assistant with 100 AI points a month plus unlimited branches. Scale is $79/month (or $759/year) with 300 AI points a month, advanced analytics, marketing campaigns, and priority support. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required — and none of them takes a commission on your orders.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for a card to start. Try the full product with your real menu before you pay anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like and your subscription simply ends at the close of the billing period. Your menu and customer data remain yours.
What is an AI point?
1 AI point = one AI request. Growth includes 100 AI points a month and Scale includes 300. If you run out, upgrade your plan for a bigger monthly allowance — points reset every month, and pay-as-you-go top-ups are coming soon.
What can the AI assistant do?
It's your restaurant's back-office helper: ask it to write and translate menu descriptions, summarize what's selling, and draft marketing campaigns. It's included on the Growth and Scale plans, and every request costs one AI point.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the menu opens instantly in their phone's browser. They can browse, customize items, and order without installing anything.
Does OrderScribe support Arabic?
Yes. Menus, ordering, and the whole guest experience are fully bilingual Arabic and English, with complete right-to-left layout support.
How do I receive orders?
Orders land with you instantly on WhatsApp and in your OrderScribe dashboard, with the customer's name, number, and order details — the customer relationship stays yours.
How long does setup take?
Usually days, not weeks. We build the menu for you — photos, categories, modifiers, prices, and multiple branches, in Arabic and English — then you print the QR and you're live.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your menu, your customers, and their order history belong to your restaurant — not to a delivery app. OrderScribe never sells your data or puts competitors next to your menu.
Can I run multiple branches?
Yes. Starter covers 1 branch; Growth and Scale include unlimited branches — each with its own menu, hours, and delivery zones, under one brand and one dashboard.
